An unidentified group opposing marriage rights for gay people in Ireland recently mass-distributed a flier in an attempt to win over voters when the issue goes on the ballot in May.
“At this very moment the liberal agenda conspires to undermine God’s Word and is drafting law to allow homosexuals to adopt children,” the leaflet warns.
But as you can see in the photo, it also opens with a big question — “Should children be exposed to the sounds of sodomy?”
Later it goes on to ask, “Should the sounds of sodomy echo in the halls of a Christian home?”
Supporters of same-sex marriage are having a field day with the term “sounds of sodomy” — it does have a nice ring to it, after all — and have been blowing up social media to mock the unintentionally hilarious turn of phrase.
